Victoria’s working life began with a position as a Training Consultant for her Father’s highly successful local company, Vixon Computer Systems. She later joined North East Lincolnshire Council’s Housing Department (now Shoreline Housing partnership) as a Marketing and Customer Services Officer, which has given her a wealth of experience in the Lettings profession.
